1. Sponsor

The ROM Daily Code Giveaway (the "Promotion") is sponsored and operated by Rom Media LLC ("Sponsor").

This Promotion is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by YouTube, Google, or any other platform.

2. Eligibility

The Promotion is open only to individuals who:

• Are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry
• Are legal residents of the United States
• Have a valid email address

Employees, contractors, officers, directors, and immediate family members of Rom Media LLC are not eligible.

Void where prohibited by law.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion is a daily recurring giveaway.

Each daily entry period begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time and ends at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the same calendar day (the "Daily Entry Period").

Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device.

4. How to Enter

There is one (1) free method of entry:

1. Watch a ROM YouTube video released during the applicable Daily Entry Period
2. Locate the secret code hidden in the video
3. Submit the secret code along with your email address through the designated entry form

Limit one (1) entry per person per day.

Automated entries, scripts, bots, or multiple entries in a single day may result in disqualification.

5. Prize

• One (1) winner per day
• Prize: $50 USD

Prize will be awarded via a payment method selected by Sponsor (e.g., PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, or similar).

No substitution, transfer, or assignment of prize is permitted.

6. Winner Selection

One (1) winner will be selected at random each day from all eligible entries received during that day's Daily Entry Period.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification

Winners will be notified via the email address provided at entry within 48 hours of selection.

If a selected winner does not respond within 72 hours, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

8. Taxes

Winners are solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes associated with prize receipt.

9. Privacy

By entering, participants agree that Sponsor may collect and use submitted information solely for the purposes of administering the Promotion, contacting winners, and maintaining internal records.

Email addresses will not be sold to third parties.

Participants may unsubscribe from any optional promotional emails at any time.

10. Publicity Release

By accepting a prize, winners grant Rom Media LLC permission to use their first name, initials, or username for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

11. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to:

• Disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process
• Cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or other factors compromise integrity
• Verify eligibility at any time

Sponsor's decisions are final and binding.

12. Limitation of Liability

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, technical errors, or email delivery failures.

By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Rom Media LLC from any liability arising from participation or prize acceptance.

13. Platform Disclaimer

This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with YouTube or Google.

14. Governing Law

This Promotion shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
